On Day 3 of Devolution CS Eugene Wamalwa’s Flood mitigation mission in Western and Nyanza regions, the CS accompanied by Kakamega, Busia, Kisumu and Homabay governors distributed food in Kisumu, Homabay and Migori Counties.
