Today Ford Kenya Party management committee chaired by Party leader senator Moses Masika Wetangula met at party headquarters to deliberate several pertinent issues among them a communication from the office of the registrar of political parties.
As part of the resolutions, the committee adopted use of internal mechanisms through a dispute resolution committee that will be chaired by deputy party leader Hon. Richard Onyonka as directed by the registrar of political parties to solve the current stalemate.
Meanwhile , a disciplinary committee chaired by West Mugirango MP Hon Vincent Kemosi deputized by Galole MP Saidi Hiribae is tasked to listen and determine the disciplinary action against rebel party officials Eseli Simiyu, Wafula Wafunyinyi and Cynthia .
Consequently, the management resolved to soon hold a National Executive Council-NEC that will lead to a General Council which will culminate to National Delegates Congress (NDC) for the election of party’s national office bearers.
The committee also resolved to reorganize the party secretariat as a way of rebranding and strengthening its operations.
Ford Kenya deputy party leader the Kitutu Chache MP Richard Onyonka who attended the management meeting affirmed his commitment to the party and allegiance to the party leader Hon. Moses Masika Wetangula promising to uphold the party’s constitution.
Finally, as a party we endeavor to champion our Slogan of Equality Justice and Truth.
