The Wangamati govt has developed the habit of hiding vehicles in garage(s) that are not pre-qualified in a wider scheme that has seen fuel guzzlers loose vital parts and or disappear in thin air.
This specific Prado KBY 365C (green plate) was once used by the former Chief Officer Finance Mr. Barasa… it developed minor mechanical problems (am not sure if it was before or after he left office) and was therefore taken in for repairs at a garage behind Wings hotel- Bungoma on Mumias road.

The Bungoma governor’s maroon Prado is also not in use… it has been parked at his office for a while now.
