It must be remembered that Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) recently penalized the firebrand MCA Kshs. 100,000/= for refusing to implement the Party’s political stand but instead chose to stick to his mandate as an MCA when a public petition was lodged by activist Prof. Nyukuri Barasa. ODM had been convinced by Wangamati to stop its MCAs from supporting the impeachment petition… As 7 ODM MCAs led the Balala the branch chair went to bed with Wangamati as directed by the party, Hon. Majimbo and Mihuu Ward MCA Hon. Violet Makhanu told their Party Leader… “SORRY!! OUR MANDATE/LEGACY CANNOT BE BOUGHT”
