MOST MCAs ARE PART OF THE MITUNGI “SCANDAL” THEY ARE INVESTIGATING

🔹 Today Thursday 07:05:2020, MCAs in the Health committee were SHOCKED to hear a revelation that the monies were part of the 11million (6.9m + 5m) they were sitting to interrogate 😜
… And NOT from World Health Organisation (WHO) as they were VERBALLY duped into believing then. Surprisingly the acknowledgement form read “WHO funds” at the top.
🔹Yaani ALL those MCAs who recieved the monies wako NDAAAANIII ya Mitungi “scandal” kabisaa. Na hiyo mitingu imefunikwa😂😂😂 Their only way out is if they RESCUE the WaMitungi crew
🔹Interrogation were done over with today characterised by blame games and contradictions
🔹The health committee will then proceed to write a report.

🔹MCAs INITIATE A VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE AGAINST BUNGOMA COUNTRY ASSEMBLY SPEAKER
▪️ The move was advised by what MCAs claim to be INABILITY to INDEPENDENTLY run his constitutional mandate WITHOUT the INTERFERENCE of the EXECUTIVE
▪️ That he arrived in the assembly with an already printed communication AGAINST the removal of Mrs. Florence Wekesa the leader of Majority… A document they claimed was prepared and printed for him at the governor’s office.
▪️As at the last time #iKUWEiKUWE Updates checked… 30 signatures had already been penned down
▪️Only 1/3 of the 60 MCAs are needed to initiate the process.
▪️Hon. Florence assumed majority leadership position after garnering 36 votes
▪️Her removal was supported by 25 NASA coalition MCAs members… Enough to remove her without a sweat if the speaker had allowed the MCAs to table and therefore procedurally debate
▪️ She is accused of:
- Failing to inspire and steer the assembly execute their constitutional mandate
- Failing to Coordinate #COVID_19 pandemic activities
- Failure to protect the sanctity of the assembly by allowing illegal occupation of the assembly by the police
- Being in bed with the executive even when the house needed her to remain true to her mandate.
🔥 The speaker Hon Emmanuel Situma had earlier CAMOUFLAGED and SNEAKED (using a private unknown vehicle and thru the commoners gate) into the assembly with a view of staging a SURPRISE entry into the chambers was STOPPED on his tracks by hawk eyed MCAs who knew where he had been and therefore his movements.
▪️In short he NEVER made it to the chamber and certainly not with the document… Leading to a chain reaction of events among them a near fight by MCAs and therefore the vote of no confidence signature collection
