? INSTEAD of transferring 6.9 million as requested by the letter. The Med Sup and the Accountant mobilized junior staff to go to the bank and each draw about 600,000 via cheque drawn across the counter.
The money was withdrawn in small quantities via cheques of not more than 1million (mostly 600k) written in the names of the juniors.
▪️UPON cashing in the cheque across the counter… The junior officers would walk to caro and drop the cash in Caro Buyela’s handbag?. This went on UNTIL the last PREPARED cheque was cashed. My rat can NOT authoritatively tell whether the Executive handbag chewed 6.9 or 11m or even less at that specific time.
