Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malalah on Saturday, October 31, 2020 joined friends and family during the burial of the late Gilbert Isaac Magore at Munzeywe area, Butsotso Central ward, Kakamega County. He called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to invoke article 187, requiring the national government to take over the diminishing health functions in Kakamega County to help salvage the surging cases of Covid-19 overwhelming the sector.
He eulogised the late as a close friend, confidant and a man of principle who never hesitated with the truth no matter what.
