Following an article on Ken Wafula’s illness and medical frustrations as posted by #eDDUHSimiyu on ikuweikuwe.com today March 15th 2021, I can now authoritatively inform you that Governor Wycliffe Wangamati ordered his Chaplain Bishop Siranjofu to visit Ken with a message; The County Government is willing to take him to a hospital of his choice and will therefore pay all the bills. The visitor who was using a govt vehicle had instructions from the governor to pick Ken immediately and deliver him at any hospital.
Ken nevertheless refused to leave for Eldoret immediately since he had through the Fundraiser WhatsApp been booked at Eldoret hospital tomorrow Friday, 15 April 2021. His wife therefore felt that he should leave tomorrow morning instead. Siranjofu nevertheless insisted that Ken must be transported using a county govt vehicle otherwise they fear Hon. Majimbo Okumu would steal the show if the WhatsApp group’s plans would executed as is..
Speaking to #iKUWEiKUWE a relative to Ken informs that Siranjofu who is Ken’s spiritual father had over time tried to get assistance for him by lobbying for some support at the county offices but it all landed on deaf ears until today when the county CEO summoned him. In fact on many occasions he was taken in circles by some the chief of staff and the CO in the governor’s office
