SUMMIT MEETS, RESOLVES TO END THE HANDSHAKE
In the just concluded meeting, the Summit has been resolved to end the handshake with governor Wangamati forthwith and will therefore religiously take the pro-oversight stand. The summit is an outfit comprising of Bungoma County MCAs who came together to change the leadership of the assembly where they successfully removed pro-Wangamati MCAs. Later Wangamati opted to embrace a handshake that has turned out to have been a scheme only meant to ensure the FY 2020/21 budget was passed… It was indeed passed the same day after the reconciliatory Kabula Pastoral Centre meeting

- A report on the 213 million Covid-19 funds allocated to the county by the National government

- Failure comply with Assembly resolutions as recommended by the Health Committee on Covid-19 funds
- Bumula theatre report
- Failure to adhere to recommendations whose reports were passed by the assembly committee
