Prof Nyukuri Barasa the activist behind the impeachment petition against Governor Wycliffe Wangamati was today arraigned in Kibera Law Courts where he was charged of being in possession of CONFIDENTIAL government documents. The police asked the court to detain him for 15 days so as to complete investigations. Lawyer Brian Khaemba objected to the application and the court is about to make a ruling on the same
