Human rights activist John Wekesa Khaoya on Monday, July 06, 2020 wrote to Mr. Hon. John Mosongo, the Clerk to the County Assembly of Bungoma petitioning the Assembly to reject the approval of nominees to the position of Chief Officers.
They gave grounds for their petition as seen in the 1st document below
