Ford Kenya ‘coup’ attracts mini-‘coups’ within the party

Following the attempted coup on Party leader Moses Wetangula. Grass root officials allied to Wetangula have started replacing Wangamati sympathizers from the party officials list.

Today Friday, June 12, 2020 Siboti Ward replaced their Party officials as follows;

NEW SIBOTI WARD, FORD KENYA PARTY OFFICIALS.

1. 1. Chairman- Haustine Mukhwana Sangura
   2. Vice Chairman – Galcano Mukisu
   3. Secretary General – Hon Bonface Wafula Maina
   4. Vice Secretary- Arnest Wasike
   5. Treasurer-Alfred Kitongo
   6. Vice Treasurer – Josephat Wafula
   7. Organizing -Sec – Vincent Kisaka
   8. Vice Organizing Sec – Hon Charles Khaemba Wamukota
   9. Youth Leader – Anthony Chibinga
   10. Women leader – Rose.

The changes were overseen by the Organizing Sec, Bumula sub-branch Mr. Peter Makhwaya

Contacted, The County Secretary General Prof. Sephas Wachana confirmed receipt of the list of new members and therefore intends for present it to relevant organs for further action. “This is a homegrown decision that I can’t flatly object to in as much I detest coups… I’ll follow the correct procedure in handling such delicate matters”
