In a letter received by the County Assembly, the County Secretary blames the FAILURE to show up on CORONAVIRUS saying the technical staff are exercising SELF ISOLATION 🙈
🔹The letter requests that officers be allowed to appear after Coronavirus is dealt with
🔹The Committee has REJECTED the request and INSISTED that those officers MUST appear as earlier directed… saying whoever fails to turn up will face the wrath of the assembly and therfore full force of the law

▪️The ENTIRE Wangamati’s team is at work so is the County Secretary’s
▪️The Ministry of Health technical team is among those who’ve been summoned. They are CURRENTLY at work
🔹Just recently Wangamati assembled executives and members of public to violet SOCIAL DISTANCE while launching fumigation (PR exercise)
🔹County Secretary must be reminded that ASSEMBLY summons are like high Court summons. Joke around with it at the your staff’s peril
🔹Wangamati should be reminded that staff can be recalled in times of need such as this.
