Now this what I want to suggest to CEC health Anthony Walela and CO Patrick Wandili ??
?. Put up a SWITCHBOARD
?. It should be manned by a minimum of 2 operators (4 would be a good number though)
?. Have them work 1 or 2 per a 12hour shift.
?. Have the current operator supervise them
?. Let it be a 24hour service.
? Expect it to handle all health related calls in the long run.
?. Pay them well
⛔OTHERWISE investing in an EMERGENCY line just for PR (Radio stations/social/main stream media) purposes is NOT wise… IT MUST SERVE ITS PURPOSE
