POLICE ESCORT BISHOP FRANCIS ANOTHER SUSPECTED #COVID19 PATIENT TO WEBUYE COUNTY HOSPITAL
Bishop was today evening escorted to Webuye Hospital for CoronaVirus checkup. He had recently jetted in from USA but did not exercise self isolation. He officiated a mass at Ranje his home area on Sunday
Bishop owns a church situated at Wings pub and restaurant on Mumias road Bungoma behind Hot Sports gym
On Saturday 21st Mar 2020 as from 2pm Bishop Francis OFFICIATED the presidential NATIONAL PRAYER DAY – at Bishop OGARA’s the Chairman to the bishop’s council

⛔OTHERWISE yet again I’ve gotten information from another reliable source that Webuye ISOLATION WARD is just an empty tent with 2 seats
▪️What IF the patient needs to sleep (rest)
▪️What if he/she needs to use the washroom?
▪️Food/drink?
▪️So Senator Weta and our MPs were duped when they were shown a nicely done room?
⛔ I do NOT understand why we are SPENDING govt resources just to drive someone to Webuye to measure his/her TEMPERATURE then ask them to go home for SELF ISOLATION… WHY NOT PUT UP TENTS IN EACH MEDICAL FACILITY FOR THAT???
⛔ It also buffles me that patients SUSPECTED patients are being escorted from Bungoma to Webuye MINUS a single medical personnel
▪️I think the police need to rethink their involvement in this… Let the county govt use our ambulances and medical personnel to ensure SAFE transportation for the patient
