Bungoma Senator brags about Kshs. 11.5B achievement

Today, I stand proud as a Senator, having successfully secured increased allocations for my home county of Bungoma.
The ongoing success stories of devolution must be celebrated and continued. Bungoma will receive over Ksh 11,543,041,769 from the National Government, distributed as follows:
– Conditional additional allocation for CHPs: Ksh 107,400,000
Grant for primary health care: Ksh 13,698,750
– Kenya Informal Settlement Improvement Project (World Bank): Ksh 297,400,170
– World Bank loan for NAVCDP: Ksh 151,515,152
– World Bank loan for KDSPII: Ksh 37,500,000
– World Bank Credit for Kenya Urban Support Project (UIG): Ksh 35,000,000
– World Bank Credit for Kenya Urban Support Project (UDG): Ksh 100,434,139
– IFAD Loan for Livestock Commercialization Project: Ksh 37,950,000
– United Nations Fund for Population Activities Grant: Ksh 7,400,000
– Sweden-Kenya Agriculture Business Development Project: Ksh 10,918,919

This substantial financial support will drive progress and development in Bungoma, ensuring that the advantages of devolution are fully realized for our communiBungoma.
As your senator, I assure you that I will diligently safeguard these funds to ensure they are used wisely and benefit the people of Bungoma.
