Bungoma County Public Service Board (CPSB) has published names of successful candidates for various vacant positions in the depart. of Health and Sanitation. Two hundred and thirty five (235) officers have been appointed on Permanent and Pensionable terms with effect from 1st October 2023 as indicated below
This 25th September 2023 appointments came amid mass complaints from officers already on contract about delayed salaries, salaries that ikuweikuwe.com has learnt were paid yesterday boosting the morale of officers. The officers were a go-slow leading to poor service delivery that had ultimately contributed to the ongoing public outcry. They nevertheless continue lamenting about failure by the county government of Bungoma to remit deducted funds to NHIF making it impossible for them to access medical services.
