An audio exposé has emerged putting to light dealings surrounding the dual carriage construction where the immediate former Bungoma Township MCA Hon. Joseph Magudah is heard narrating how a deal he struck with Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati ended up to be an eyesore after the county CEO opted to meet a fraction of deal.
Magudah is heard talking of having received a toy Kshs. 20,000 then Kshs. 50,000 being part payment of a the Kshs. 970,000 commission that turns out to have been between him on behalf of some individuals on one side and Governor Wangamati on the other as being some form of protection fee on the floor of the house.
The one-time councilor and two-time Township MCA also mentions CECM roads Collins Mukhongo and his Chief Officer Marango
