GOVERNOR WANGAMATI CHICKENS OUT OF COURT BATTLE WITH TEAM WETANGULA
Sensing a more bruising battle than he had anticipated, Governor Wangamati has withdrawn the case against Hons Tindi and Musebe.
Today Tongaren OCPD and DCIO summoned the two MCAs who turned up with the lawyer Makokha and informed them that they see no need to pursue the case. He nevertheless demanded that the two MCAs also drop their cases against the executive goons… A condition that the MCAs declined to agree to saying that they were assaulted and must press on with their case.

The OCPD who had earlier invited them to appear at 10am only for the MCAs to appear at 2pm… Has again summoned them this evening thru the DCI. They are currently at the DCIOs office
Earlier today #iKUWEiKUWE Updates ran a story announcing Senator Wetangula intention to turn up in the kimilili court on Monday to lead the MCAs defense… An article that send Wangamati’s camp into panic mode. Wangamati is then said to have called the OCPD distancing himself from the case. He went ahead to ask the OCPD to drop the case.
An #iKUWEiKUWE rat stationed in the corridors-of-power says that Wangamati’s legal counsel advised him to loose interest in pursuing that case since the county will loose it. They nevertheless agreed to trade the case with those assault cases reported by the two MCAs
The MCAs have declined to accept dropping of the case against them and subsequently said a big NO to the cessation of the assault cases that reported… “Tell Wangamati, We are ready to meet in court on Monday…” said Tongaren MCA, Tindi Manasse
