The second phase of Affordable Housing Project, situated in Kanduyi Constituency, Bungoma County.
- Officially launched in August 2024, the project is steadily progressing and currently stands at 32% completion.
- Construction has advanced to the ground floor slab casting stage, with a 12-day timeline set for completing the slab work, part of a targeted strategy to sustain momentum and ensure timely delivery.
- 160 workers (including 80 on the night shift) employed.
- Designed to cater to a diverse mix of income levels, the development comprises four residential blocks with a total of 372 housing units.
- The units are distributed across three housing categories to promote social integration and affordability:
- 178 Affordable Housing Units including 20 studio apartments, 40 two-bedroom units and 60 three-bedroom units.
- 74 Social Housing Units comprising 20 one-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom and 40 three-bedroom units.
- 120 Market Rate Units featuring 60 two-bedroom and 80 three-bedroom units.
