NATIONAL VIEWPOINT ON HON. STEPHEN KALONZO MUSYOKA GLOOMY POLITICAL FUTURE.
1. Indeed, one can state without fear of contradiction that the political future of one time vibrant Minister for Foreign Affairs under the Moi Regime and a former Vice President under the Regime of the late President Stanley Emilio Mwai Kibabi is bleak.
2. Soon or later this son of Seikuru Village which is now a District Headquarters will be burried in the political graveyard of Kenya and only remembered as part of the History of the Republic of Kenya.
3. This time round his watermelon and /or chameleon type of political leadership won’t pay or salvage him as it had done in the past.
4. The obtaining political and electoral environment is quickly rendering Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka irrelevant in modern Kenya politics.
5. It is just a matter of hours and for us to sent condolences and mourn the death of his political career. He won’t resurrect or re-emerge again except in the political archives of our beloved Country and his Ukambani Region as a case study!!

6. I categorically wish to state that if the Registrar of Political Parties Madam AnnN. Nderitu or Chairman of IEBC Wafula Chebukati accepts to clear Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka as an Independent Presidential Candidate, they would have amended through the back door, provisions of Article 85 ( a) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 as read together with Section 13(1) of the Elections Act, 2011.
7. I state that any such move will attract serious public litigation at the High Court of Kenya pursuant to the cited Constitutional and legal directive principles and various regulations governing general elections in Kenya.
8. That at the moment Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is hanging between a rock and a hard place and put differently he is jumping from a frying pan into fire.
9.That legally speaking SC.Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is not a presidential candidate in the presidential general elections scheduled for the 9th August 2022.
10. That Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is a political day dreamer and should himself to a meeting for self introspection and/or alternative seek advice from sober and sound legal minds apart from Hon. Advocate Daniel Maazo, the Makueni MP.

11. That one does not even need to be a lawyer or advocate of the High Court of Kenya to interpret the errenious fallacius and myopic arguments and premises advanced by Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and his allies and sychophants in Wiper Democratic Party and his unsuspecting Akamba voters and symphathizers.
12. That Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka should either remain law or quitely retire from active politics and public life.
13. Unfortunately, he can not be trusted by both the Asimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance and the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
Stay tuned for more information and viewpoints about the politics of deceit and inconsistency displayed by Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and his cronies.
