Bungoma County Public Service Board (CPSB) having duly advertised for jobs in the Health department, has received and shortlisted 785 candidates for interviews scheduled to take place from 8th to 15th Nov 2021. The exercise is purposed to hire 86 new members of staff within the department that is grappling with inadequate staff.

#iKUWEiKUWE has nevertheless received complaints from a section of the public most of whom missed out in the Assembly recruitment and have subsequently missed out on this one. One such complaint reads;
“It is unfortunate that the recruitment exercise has been characterized by nepotism, favoritism and outright favor towards slay-queens / kings. We who don’t have godfathers recently missed out on the Assembly recruitments under such claims now this recruitment is seeing the same vices being practiced with a lot of impunity”
