NZOWASCO Ag. Regional Manager undressed for ‘wavering’ mama HERSI’s huge bills

One morning NZOWASCO departments were served with handwritten letter addressed to Millicent the acting regional manager following so differences that seem to have been boiling over time. The author delivered a copy of the letter in the following departs; metering, stores, customer service, operation and maintenance, finance, administration and the Regional manager’s office

The unsigned letter reads;

“Millicent, ni nini mbaya na wewe mama, mbona unataka kuingilia kila mtu kwa kila department

Yaani unafikiri wewe uko so special na wewe ndio unajua kazi zote za Nzowasco unasoma Metering, hakuna kazi wanafanya, wewe siku siku ya census si ulishindwa kutembea, ulisoma zone one na wiki mzima kama umesahau

Unasema ati billing hawajui kazi, mara watu wa customer care hakuna kitu wanajua pls wewe mwenyewe hujui kuongea na wateja, unataka kuwacommand kama mwenye uko kwako, ati billing hakuna kitu wanajua si wewe uende ubill, Unataka kuingia kwa store wewe ni storekeeper? Unataka kwenda mpaka O and M, wachana na Florence, she is very organized, sijui mbona hakuwachiwa region, ama vile hana kimbelembele na mdomo wa watu wako na shida. Unasahau macredits mmpeana zenye haziko za mama HERSI, new connections za commercial huwa unalazimisha zipite na deposit kidogo. Tunajua mambo yako mingi sana penye umetufikisha, tunaenda kukutoa uchi. Heshimu watu wakuheshimu. Usione watu wanakuongopa ukafikiri wanakuheshimu.

• #iKUWEiKUWE is yet to establish if indeed mama HERSI paid then someone chose to play with figures on the system and/or they indeed  the waiver took place as indicated.
• All this happens when wananchi wa kawaida have done everything in vain to have their exaggerated bills corrected… I will be in due course highlight some of them here on ikuweikuwe.com
• Water shortage is rampant in Bungoma town and it’s environment with NZOWASCO finding it hard to repair damaged pipes in the pretext of lack of funds… But the very Nzowasco is wavering bills such as this.
• I don’t know how metering is done at (for example) Co-op house, but there ain’t a way my two bedroom house could be paying almost the same amount monthly… HELL NO!
