Kiminini MP Hon. Chrisantus Wamalwa today Monday February 22, 2021 handed over six buses funded by CDF in an event held at Kiungani Secondary School in Kiminini Constituency. The colorful event was graced by among other dignitaries; Ford Kenya party leader Sen. Moses Wetangula, Bungoma Woman Rep – Hon. Catherine Wambilianga and number of MCAs.
The outspoken legislator noted transport of students and teachers to contests and competitions will be easy for the beneficiary schools as he appealed to school managements to ensure the buses benefit the community and schools that missed out. While assuring continued incorporation of residents via public participation to enhance the viability of development projects undertaken in the Constituency, Wamalwa urged teachers to teach learners and prepare them well so that they excel in national exams
Wamalwa noted that academic advancement will turn around the fortunes of whole community. He encouraged parents to invest heavily in their children’s education as it’s the biggest and surest investment that will enable them easily secure jobs.
He concluded by asking for support in his gubernatorial bid
