MERCILESS MERCY ON THE RUN AFTER BREAKING NIECE’S HANDS, SLICING HER THIGHS
Residents of Kamukunda village (Buema) – Kanduyi Constituency are up in arms against the physical abuse by Mercy Matere on her young adopted niece whose only mistake was coming back home late after a visit to a barbershop. Reporting to #iKUWEiKUWe Updates, a resident narrated how the merciless woman physically abused the girl before using a razor blade to severally slice her thighs in what was meant to be a punishment for coming home late. The mother who is a former teacher at the now closed greenland academy then send the girl to the shop to buy milk
The girl was rushed by neighbours to Bungoma County Referral Hospital for treatment as Mercy disappeared without a trace
The 12 year old girl is a daughter to Mercy‘s late sister who she adopted after her mother passed on.
The police are yet to make any arrests
Merciless indeed. She should change her name.
