Bungoma County govt. moves to avert a Covid-19 disaster in Kimilili

Following the confirmation of a Covid-19 case that was earlier admitted at Khamulati Medical Services in Kimilili Constituency before being transferred to Bungoma. The health facility management has closed it down and given more directives to health workers

Our #iKUWEiKUWE rat informs that;

  • The facility will remain closed for a couple of days till its satisfactorily fumigated / disinfected
  • Medical personnel who came in contact with the patient MUST be placed in self-isolation for 14 days minimum
  • Samples will be taken from them on the first and the last of the fourteen days to ascertain whether one is Covid-19 positive before being allowed back to work
