GOVERNOR WANGAMATI, HIS DEPUTY ADVERSELY MENTIONED!

Following the recent #iKUWEiKUWE Update on the Unnecessary, illegal and unwarranted delays in promoting DESERVING Bungoma County employees… I have since received more info on the CIRCUS that an #iKUWEiKUWE rat says was masterminded by Wangamati himself

The #iKUWEiKUWE rat indicates;

  • The CPSB retreated to Kisumu in August 2019, finishedverification of promotions and upon return officially handed them over letters to Christine Machuma Sifuna
  • Those letters were and still remain to be govt. document, the incoming CPSB would automatically pick up from where the previous one left.
  • Christineis said to have been INSTRUCTED by Wangamati to lose some promotion documents for not at our disposal
  • Taxpayers’ money was spent to prepare them and therefore they must be kept within govt. premises

Below are extracts from Governor’s press Service’s updates on previously executed promotions;

HEALTH WORKERS PROMOTED; Governor Wycliffe Wangamati on Thursday, 19th December, 2019… presided over the promotion of 310 members of staff from the ministry of Health by the county public service board held at Mabanga ATC. The department had proposed 433 officers for promotion

AGRICULTURE WORKERS PROMOTED;

Governor Wangamati on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 apologised to staff who have been stuck in one job group for more than 30 years. Addressing a meeting of officers from the Department of Agriculture at Mabanga ATC, Governor Wangamati regretted the fact that the core of staff working hard to serve the people of Bungoma have not been treated humanely.

In a total, 190 officers were promoted or redesignated…

Questions to the CPSB and/or Governor Wangamati;

  • Why was the former CPSB clearedif they did NOT properly hand over ALL these documents?
  • So if the documents were not available WHAT was the basis for the promotions carried out in the Agricultural and Health departs?
  • Christine Machume Wasikewas and still is on the CPSB as the Vice Chair, acting as the Chair now… Can she tell us where she took the docs and why?
  • Bonnie Wasike Simiyufrom Webuye East was and still is on the CPSB
  • Wasikoyowas and still is on that CPSB
  • Phoebe Namukuru Buchunju the chief officer ICT was an acting Secretary after Elizabeth left… How do you say documents got lost?
  • Elizabeth–Was then the Secretary to CPSB (custodian of docs)
  • Why can’t those involved be prosecuted for misappropriating public funds?

HOW COMES PROMOTION LETTERS FOR FINANCE, CO-OPERATIVES and OTHER MINISTRIES HAVE BEEN DECLARED MISSING???

Ongoing Casuals ‘verification’ CIRCUS;

  • The CPSB is currently on retreat finalizing on the highly MUTILATED process
  • The followings directly or indirectly interfered with the process by bringing, influencing, arm twisting officials to include UNDESERVING people (mostly close relatives);
    • Deputy governor Charles, Prof. Kibanani Ngome– Is alleged to have REPEATEDLY micro-managed the process thru the phone. An #iKUWEiKUWE rat informs that he made many calls to officials overseeing the verification exercise giving instructions to “assist so and so”
    • Chief Officer in the office of the Governor, Denson Barasa– He literally camped at KIE ongoing his own parallel verification exercise from his car. An exercise that has turned out to be having the governor’s blessings therefore superseding the one done by the CPSB priority-wise

#iKUWEiKUWE Movement calls upon all investigative arms of govt, the County Assembly of Bungoma included to move with speed and arrest the situation on these matters. Persons of interest must include;

  • Wycliffe Wangamati– Governor Bungoma County
  • Charles Kibanani Ngome– Deputy Ngovernor Bungoma County
  • Jonathan Namulala Nyongesa – Chair CPSB doubling as Ag. Chief Officer FINANCE
  • Christine Machuma Sifuna– Current CPSB chair Vice chair doubling as the Ag. Chair
  • Denson Barasa– Chief officer in the office of the Governor
