Since construction of the Lady Irene – Nambaya tarmac road way back during Lusaka’s reign… Residents living along that road have been having on and off water problems… The problem is there is a cartel that seems to work closely with NZOWASCO and with alot of IMPUNITY.
Residents are forced to use the private engineers for reconnections as opposed to NZOWASCO technicians for the later just never live upto their word
Recently a resident called NZOWASCO to come do a reconnection ON HIS BILL, he was surprised to see the private engineers turning up, when he called the NZOWASCO team to come over and see what’s happening they arrived and started a very COMFORTABLE conversation like nothing was wrong
