Bungoma Politician Rodgers Siboe recently moved to court in protest of what he termed as unjust recruitment process to hire County Public Service Board of Bungoma members. He got his wishes after the court temporarily halted the process as it made some demands to both the Petitioner and Respondent.
The Court also encouraged an out-of-Court settlement
Siboe who unsuccessfully contested for Kanduyi Parliamentary seat in 2022 applied for the same job but wasn’t shortlisted. He told ikuweikuwe.com that he wasn’t considered due to his political orientation against his rights and therefore wants the entire process annulled.
