Bungoma Teachers Housing & Investment Co-operative Society Limited (BUTICO)has moved to court seeking eviction orders against BONITO PROPERTIES LIMITED from Tourist Hotel over 47 million unpaid rent. BONITO is Wangamati’s company that current holds Tourist Hotel on a leasehold.
