Four Bungoma Journalists were today Friday 22nd Sept 2023 morning involved in a road accident at Ndengelwa on Nairobi – Malaba Highway.. The four; Sanny Matano, Duncan Kwoba, Timothy Wekesa and Dan Waswa were rushed to Bungoma County Referral Hospital with various injuries sustained from the 10am accident.
ikuweikuwe.com is reliably informed that they were admitted for hours for tests before two were discharged while the remaining other needed further treatment. Of the remaining two: One complained of severe chest pains while the other had a deep cut on the leg that turned out to be fractured.
According to my Ndengelwa rat, the man driving the Probox (Pastor Peter Fanuel) made an abrupt turn without indicating making it impossible for the journalists who were headed to Webuye to evade the crash.
