Following a blackout that is currently being experienced in Bungoma Town from about 1900hours today Wednesday, 28 April 2021 and extended for over 1.5hours, #iKUWEiKUWE reached out to the KPLC County manager for a comment at about 20:00hours… Here is what he had to say:
