MASTERMINDS OF LUGULU FUNERALS VIOLENCE, KIMININI MPS GUN DRAMA
23rd Jan 2021 saw Bungoma County lay to rest two senior citizens one who was Mrs. Christine Wasike, a former Chief Officer who until her death was working at Lake Region Economic Bloc and Mzee Augustus Situma Wanyama a former advisor to Bukusu council of Elders on cultural issues. Both were buried in Lugulu.
Rumors on possible chaos at Christine’s function reached #iKUWEiKUWE desk on Wednesday with very scanty details that were not enough to prompt an investigation since my rat also indicated that Wangamati’s men tasked to deliver SILENT agenda 11 on his manifesto which is administer violence on critics and mourners were considering dropping the idea of hiring goons/hecklers anyways.
On Friday it is alleged by my rat in the corridors of power that Tim Machi the Communications Director was the one handling cash as the Deputy County Secretary and head public service Mr. Isaac Mukenya participated in planning the what they called “protecting Wangamati from being heckled”… The Deputy County Secretary and head public service Isaack Mukenya tasked Kituyi a driver who is yet to be permanently employed to lead the operation. A meeting was held at a hotel at Chimoyi on Nairobi-Malaba highway where Kituyi and team met. Here, alcohol and violence was the main agenda as the point men were tasked to mobilize as many bodaboda riders and unemployed youths as possible for a meeting that Saturday morning. Water CEC Mr. Makheti has also been adversely mentioned here
The same day Friday, DP County Secretary Isaac Mukenya is said to have brokered peace between Hons Pepela and Millie. This was after Millie accused Pepela aka Investor via phone call for planning to cause have people heckle Wangamati at Christine’s burial. An accusation Pepela termed as propaganda and malicious.
BURIAL DAY;
On the burial day the selected goons and hecklers were financed to drink and smoke whatever would motivate them to deliver their ToR in bars and Chang’aa dens depending on status before heading first to Christine’s burial where Wangamati would then land first. They had clear instructions to eject anyone deemed to be a Lusaka supporter so as to avoid having Wangamati heckled.
During the functions Alice Wapopa and Jentrix, known Lusaka supporters who had on their own violation arrived to mourn a friend were first approached by Maunda who is said to have been tasked to identify would-be victims and their location before signaling the goons on where they were and who was in their presence. Immediately Maunda left thugs arrived and surrounded them before dragging them from their seats, pushed and pulled them to the ground before ejecting the two. Former CEC Education Mrs. Beryl Mutekhele who is a former boss to Christine had to leave after she was also targeted since she was sitting next to Alice.
MAYI JUDITH ROMBOSIA ROBBED;
At about noon Mayi Judith Rombosia a sworn critic of Bungoma governor Wycliffe Wangamati arrived. She was first informed that Lusaka’s supporters have been subjected to violence and ejected from the event. She nevertheless walked in with her friend Jane from Bumula and sat down to follow proceedings.
A few minutes later a man in a black suit came and stood by before being joined by another who then asked Mayi Rombosia to leave if she cares about her life. Her attempt to know who was a threat to her life was met with a rather scary response… The man said “I have been send to do bad things to you but since I know you I won’t, but you cannot sit in this function… leave or the worst will happen”

Sensing danger Rombosia and Jane left the function little did they know that they were jumping from the frying pan to the fire. Immediately they moved away from the sitting they were attacked by some “youths” who frog matched them upto the road before demanding to be paid for escorting her and her friend. As she was removing 100 shillings in fear, they grabbed 600/= more and told her to leave. Her plea to have them return some cash enough for transport only instead attracted more threats.

Senate speaker Ken Lusaka condemned the hiring of goons and therefore attack on mourners;
 WANGAMATI WALKS FROM CHRISTINES TO AUGUTUS’
After addressing mourners at Christine’s burial Wangamati exited escorted by hundreds hired goons in what pundits say is his way of showing that he is loved… Yaani watu wanamfuata (kumbe ni watu wako kazi ya ujambazi). As he entered the 2nd function, Wangamati’s team met Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula and his team exiting enroute to Christine’s. The some visibly drunk Wangamati’s goons who were too drunk to remember their ToR started chanting Weta, Weta, Weta as the senator waved from a distance
HON. CHRIS WAMALWA GUN DRAMA;
A few minutes after senate Speaker Ken Lusaka arrived at the colorful Mzee Augustus Situma Wanyama’s funeral amid songs and cheers from mourners… Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa landed at the entrance only to be barred from entering by the visibly goons. The MP security beefed up with senator Wetangula’s and SS Lusaka’s pushed their way into the dome, a move that saw very ugly scenes ensue.
Kituyi, noticing that his team had failed to stop Hon. Chris Wamalwa from accessing and fearing that he might face the fate his colleagues faced after Hon. Mukwe’s burial decided to stage “Chris must go” protest. The protest saw Kiminini MP draw his gun threatening to shoot anyone who dared touch him… He was later escorted out of the function by the resident MP Hon Dan Wanyama

“Edduh Wamalwa Simiyu That’s exactly where you should have started instead of posting this nonsense like you own anybody in Bungoma. Chris walked in behind Lusaka, maybe after like 3 to 5 minutes. Ask those who were present on how Chris entered or better still, ask him. Bungoma is not his bedroom that him and his goons should knock everyone in sight to the ground as he enters. You have no idea how many mamas were nearly killed in a stampede as his stupid goons cleared his path on entry, the same path Lusaka had used without causing any drama. If Chris is used to disrespecting his people in Transnzoia, he doesn’t have that black cheque and freedom Bungoma. Not even your misguided posts will save him and he knows that too well”
On whether he was involved in planning violence he replied; Puerile nonsense
- Deputy County Secretary and head public service Isaack Mukenya distanced himself from those allegations saying he was the one mediating the confrontation between Hon. Martin Pepela aka Investor and Millie Masungo. This is a malicious allegation
- CEC Roads Collins Mukhongo distanced himself from the allegations saying… “We are so advantaged to be in government and I see no need for such unfortunate violence especially not at funerals… I condemn it if indeed it was planned”
- CEC Water Mr Makheti said… “That is propaganda”
- Tim Machi termed the allegation as Puerile nonsense.

?The police who were present remained silent an indicator that they are accomplices and/or they seem to enjoy watching things get out of hand as they tolerate envelopes at the expense of peace…  We have witnessed several violent scenes at funerals in the past few months including on that saw a CEC and MCAs attack a visiting MCA… to this day no one has been charged.
?By this post am asking the police to arrest/summon Kituyi to shade more light on his involvement in the violence and/or robbery. The culprit should also be forced name his accomplices
?It is laughable that Tim Machi blames Chris for causing a stampede… If Wangamati’s goons hadn’t attempted to block him, there wouldn’t have been one
