GOVERNOR WANGAMATI EMERGES 14 DAYS LATER CONFIRMING HE WAS COVID-19 +VE

Contrary to what most of his supporters and sycophants ignorantly tried to misinform the public on his absence… Bungoma governor Wycliffe Wangamati today Tuesday, October 20, 2020 while speaking during the MASHUJAA DAY celebration held at Matulo Girls in Webuye West Constituency confirmed that he indeed had contracted Covid-19 and was therefore advised to exercise self-isolation for 14 days by doctors. He asked the public to take the pandemic serious by adhering to the setup protocols. He said that the could will educate the public more on Covid

He had kept himself away from the public for a while and he only showed up today at the Matulo girls

The governor talked among other things;

1. The creation of Webuye and Chwele Municipality by January 2021
2. Webuye Milk processing plant
3. 20 million Matulo Centre of excellence
4. Covid-19
5. BBI report

County Commissioner;

• Security; He encouraged the public to follow the law or risk facing its full force
• He encouraged all to wear facemasks to carb Covid-19 spread
• 100% of class eight pupils to go to Secondary… Parents should ensure all children go to school

Kanduyi MP, Hon. Wamunyinyi;

• He was invited to the Gusii function but opted to Join Wangamati
• He took note of several leaders who are worth the SHUJAA award
• He encouraged the public to strictly adhere to Covid-19 guidelines
• Thanked the Counties and National government for putting up guidelines to tackle Covid
• He warned leaders against allowing corruption into the National desk project
• Funds that had been allocated for trips in Counties and National govt be diverted to improving schools to meet Covid requirements
• While inviting the likes of Hon. Dan wanyama back to the Simba Party, he promised that under his leadership the Ford Kenya party won’t be used as a kiosk

Kapchanga, the Chief Officer Public Administration had yesterday, 19^th Oct 2020 been manhandled by Jeshi-la-Wangamati which comprises of a selected team of “youths” who normally assist in security and general protocol during county functions… The CO who was recently appointed and green to such arrangements chose to ignore their need to be informed of day’s plans and therefore funded prior to the event forcing them to show him who they are. He was rescued by the county reinforcement officers never to come back to office again
4. Wangamati left his home without getting the result to his latest Covid-19 test taken on Monday, 19^th Oct 2020
