VETTING COMMITTEE CHAIR ON THE SPOT AFTER DINAH MAKOKHA DISTANCES HERSELF FROM FAKE CERTIFICATE

Mrs. Dinah Makokha, Governor Wycliffe Wangamati’s nominee to the position of Chief Officer – Finance has distanced herself from the FAKE Certificate-Of-Good-Conduct (CoGC) that was presented to Finance committee which vetted her.

Dinah’s close friend and relative told #iKUWEiKUWE Updates that she to the best of her knowledge NEVER presented any CoGC before, during or after her interview and therefore wondered why someone would present a FAKE document just to spoil her chances. She is said to dare anyone who doubts to refer to the Assembly’s Hansard where she is on record having informed the committee that she did not have the Certificate-Of-Good-Conduct but was in possession of the receipt following her application. The committee then in line with the law demanded that she must present a valid certificate to it before they finalize on her interview’s report.

This therefore has put the Finance Committee chairman, Hon. James Barasa Mukhongo MCA Chwele/Kabuchai ward on the spot having been the one who delivered the FAKE certificate-of-good-conduct to the committee sitting at Victoria hotel – Kisumu

A copy of the FAKE certificate of good conduct

Wangamati had on Friday, 26th June, 2020 forwarded the names of three to the County Assembly for vetting as Chief Officers hoping to have all cleared and was therefore scheduled to swear all the three today but the new developments have thrown him off balance even though the other two were cleared. The three names sent by Wangamati to the assembly were;

  1. Dinah Naswa Makokha (Finance)
  2. Edward Ouma Makhandia (Economic Development)
  3. Rosario Lumonya Soita (Water)

She is said to dare anyone who doubts to refer to the Assembly’s Hansard where she is on record having informed the committee that she did not have the Certificate-Of-Good-Conduct but was in possession of the receipt following her application.

Reliable sources say; Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati was spotted in a Kisumu hotel on the very Saturday, July 18, 2020 that the Cert was presented… having a meeting with Hon. Barasa at Ciala resort after which Barasa at left with an envelope… Question; Could this very envelope be the one that carried the same FAKE certificate?

Other sources say; efforts are being made to claim the Hansard was not working when the fake document was presented to the committee by its chair so as to claim what’s spreading on social media is just but social media creation… But #iKUWEiKUWE Updates  has info that the hansard was fully operational when Hon. Barasa declared that Dinah had passed over the document to him at the Bungoma County Assembly premise and he was therefore tabling to be adopted by the committee.

WHO IS BEHIND THE FAKE CERTIFICATE THAT WAS PRESENTED TO THE FINANCE  COMMITTEE THAT VETTED DINAH NASWA MAKOKHA???
