The CS has been down with …….. but after two weeks in ICU #iKUWEiKUWE rats stationed at MediHeal informs that his condition has improved but still under care of doctors at the same facility.
This is about two weeks after the CEC Finance was also away for two weeks for medical attention in Nairobi raising concerns in her ministry. Concerns that CEC Collins Mukhongo was running the show “from nowhere” since the CEC had disappeared without notice… Word had it that she had resigned only for #iKUWEiKUWE to confirm that she was away for health reasons. She is now back in office after working on the budget in the Kisumu retreat.
