I thought dissolution should give some people a chance to push for their puppets and surrogates at the helm of the County – puppets they will bully, blackmail and extort. Saa hizi ni vilio, nduru na kusaga meno. For the avoidance of doubt, the Governor has not chosen the route of dissolution out of luxury. And truth be said, the option is not the easiest. His decision is a choice between what is convenient and what is right for the people of Bungoma. His choice is about staying in office and seeing nothing happen because of the political grandstanding and giving room to fellows with a fresh mandate to serve the people of Bungoma. If he is re-elected, well and good, he will remain faithful to the sons and daughters of Bungoma. If he is not, the people will have made their choice. The same applies to every elected leader who holds a position of trust in the County. Sasa watu waache nduru if they are too sure about what it is they are doing. Pana tisha tisha sisi sababu sisi hatulali kwa mapua yenu.
